*All participants in Culinary Arts Community classes should wear pants, close toed shoes, and have long hair tied back in order to enter the Culinary facility. The age range for kid’s classes is 8-13. If a child is brought to a class and looks significantly younger than the age range they will be turned away. Thank you, for observing our policies. *

  • The Pacific Treasure-Ahi Tuna                           Price: $45                    

    Come with us  on a culinary journey with the most prized fish of the Blue Pacific . We will create a traditional Japanese Ahi Tuna SAHSHIMI ROLL (SUSHI) with fresh pickled Ginger and a Sunomono dressing, SANBAIZU. Across the Pacific to the Hawaiian Islands to make Poke, and finally back to the West Coast to create an Asian Fusion Treasure, Sesame Seared Ahi with Spicy Pickled Cucumber Noodles..

  • Octoberfest: “Ein Prosit der Gemütlichkeit” (a cheer to good times)                                                            Price: $45

    Come celebrate the bold and delicious flavors of old-world Germany. We will be making Bratwurst, with pretzel buns and Kohlrabi (braised cabbage and apples), Schnitzel and beer mustard. BYOA (bring your own appetite), the beer we will be using only for cooking, but once you get home you can pair the perfect cold beverage to complement these culinary delights.

  • Kid’s Comfort Foods     Price: $45

    As the crisp autumn air settles in, it’s the perfect time for kids to explore the joy of cooking comforting fall dishes like savory meatloaf,  hearty chicken pot pie and a seasonal fruit crumble. This hands-on experience not only introduces them to essential cooking skills, but also lets them savor the warmth and coziness of foods that can be shared around your family dinner table.
